The only thing that truly annoyed me about this tool is that I could not pause a recovery process once started. There was nothing left to do about it but wait until it was over. Happily, the overall performance level of the system is not affected by the scanning process, so I could do other things meanwhile.
This program offers some nice additional features, such as a drive status function that can show the S.M.A.R.T. attributes of your disks or a drive imaging tool that can clone an entire disk partition or drive.
In conclusion, despite its small flaws, this tool looks good enough to be considered a worth-trying solution for when you need to recover files from NTFS disks. Unfortunately, its high price could be a major setback.
